So, we headed to Fulton Street--the wholesale market district--where, Monday through Saturday, restauranteurs, independent grocers, florists and others line up to procure the freshest of everything. On Sunday, it is quiet.
The Publican specializes in all things swine and they do it very well.
My new assistant, Oliver, was trying to be helpful and caused some of the photos to be out of order. I can't figure out how to right them and neither can he. Nevertheless, it was a delicious brunch.
